Energy storage with the JOHANN energy cell.
EEG Elements Energy GmbH is a Styrian startup (Nestelbach close to Graz) founded in 2018 by Martin Handl.
In 2018 he developed a modular energy autonomy system including hydrogen storage (8 kW input / 300 kWh storage / 15 kW output for power & heat).
At the moment, we are running two pilot projects involving his JOHANN energy cell. One project is being implemented with the Energy Steiermark Sales Department and consists of a seasonal PV storage system for energy autonomy including heat. The second project involves our energy grids, testing JOHANN as a long-term storage solution for decentralised system services.
